My name is JJ Koester and I’m a producer and photographer living in the LA area. My aunt gave me a Pentax K1000 when I was 13 years old and I’ve been shooting ever since.
The only photo on this website that I didn’t take is this shot. It was taken by my son who was 4 at the time. Unfortunately, you can’t hire him for your session due to child labor laws. So, you’ll have to settle for the next best photographer in LA, me.
