You can relax. Kate Faust is our guest today. In fact, you should relax (because there’s really no reason not to). From her early days in rural Pennsylvania to her arrival in LA, Kate seems to have lived an entire life. So, why does it feel like she’s hardly a quarter of the way done? Perhaps because the scope is so broad, Kate’s innate curiosity feels limitless. She talks about everything from coming into one’s body as a child to reclaiming that body after experiencing trauma, from discovering one’s voice as an artist to finding the means to manifest that voice on a public stage in Los Angeles.
